I recently contacted the company as I have had nothing but issues with the software and they have NOT upheld their terms of service.Constant complaints sues with software, having to re-install software (three times in the last 3 months), screen recorder is now ONLY for ‘extreme’ subscription when it was advertised as included with the premium subscription and stops working after 24 hours. Messages are all over the place and are not in any order whatsoever, there are multiple further issues and after contacting them for a refund have outright refused and keep trying to sell me another product.I was even willing to pay for the 3 awful months services I already have and just requested the remaining 9 months. However they have refused to do so! Avoid at all costs!! SCAM COMPANY!!
