It is a scam! Customer Service will tell you that everything will work even though by asking very specific questions. They also told me, that I can get a refund and the 14 days return policy will apply after I unfreeze the account as long the days total usage is no longer than 14 days. After realizing nothing works according to the demo and the product changes, I did not get a refund.
