I paid for the service which never worked. I did all the things the techs asked and up to this present time it hasn’t worked. I asked for a refund and was told to wait for someone to contact me within 7 business days.. this is not acceptable and feels more like a scam. I am highly pissed and annoyed and now have to wait for a billing agent
