She said: “We ship from our warehouses in either Toronto, California, Melbourne or Asia. It all depends on which one is closer to your address and the stock levels in our warehouses.I’m in Canada, but why am I getting a notification on my SHOP tracking app that your product is being shipped out of Zhengzhou, Henan, China, and is currently en route from Shanghai? I’m not the only customer that’s experienced your so called “courier delays” and “investigation”. I was stupid enough to fall for your social media ads and not look up reviews for your company. I’m putting it out there so other parents don’t fall for the same trap.Whether I get my products are not, or a refund, being dishonest about where your products come from is inexcusable. ORIGINAL POST:I placed my order on April 1st, and it’s now April 16th, and I still have not received it. The reason is that their products are not shipped from Toronto, Canada as claimed on their website. They are, in fact, shipped from Zhengzhou, Henan, China. They’ll tell you: “The courier informed us that your package experienced a delay in their logistical warehous and we are launching an investigation.If the tracking page still hasn’t been updated within 72 hours, we will process a new order for you.” When I ask for a refund, conveniently they’ll say after days of not responding: “I’ve gone ahead & contacted the courier for an update on your order.They indicate the package will soon be handed off to the local courier and delivery isestimated within 4-7 business days.”I’m stuck in limbo right now not knowing if I’ll receive my order. This company is a total scam!
