Unfortunately I was fooled by the beautiful pictures on instagram of this company. I bought goods on the 19-Dec 2023 from mommysark. In the meantime several email later no goods. The first excuse was that goods were stuck in customs. I asked for a tracking number and the courier name which they sent the goods with, my request was ignored. Later I was then told they have sent a replacement. Again I asked for tracking information, and this was ignored. Based on the facts that a. no goods have been received and b. no tracking information have been provided after numerous requests, I have no choice but to believe that this is a scam company.
