such a scam! order placed 30 Nov and till now I have not received anything. all the customer service does is replying saying it’s been shipped out and they can’t refund me. repeated empty promises of updated tracking info but still zilch. I have sent over 15 emails since December and still nothing! getting a refund from PayPal. gosh Xmas ruined.
