Wish I’d checked here first – as most others have described, ordered a chair and received a phone charging cable. Contacted them, told them I knew it was a scam as I’d now seen the reviews, and demanded a full refund but I would not be returning the cable. Received an email back asking for a photo of the item received with tracking number – sent. Received another email back with an apology – ‘mix up at the shipping company, send us back the item to this vague address in China with no postcode or road name (even though the shipping label says dispatched from a warehouse in Birmingham) and we will look into a refund OR if your friends would like the item received, give it to them and accept a 40% refund’. SCAMMERS. Applied for a refund through the bank.
