Spent over a week waiting for my “instant” unlock, only to be told that my phone doesn’t meet the requirements for an unlock? So €57.49 spent. No unlock. They offered me a credit note. What use would I have for a credit note with this company if they’ve literally just told me I can’t get an unlock? I am entitled to a refund as they quite simply did not carry out the service I was promised, and paid €57.49 for!!!!! €57.49 is huge money! I need it back!! Emailed customer support as I wanted to give them a chance to rectify the situation first. No reply. Absolute scam. So disappointed.
