Its a scam company. They charge you twice 13.49€ + 44€ and then never unlock the devices, especially, apple locks. The device i was trying to remove was completely clean (checked via GSX and apple directly) but they just claimed it was declared as blacklisted (which is not true) so that it fits into their police to deny service. I have sent them proof they were wrong but just got an automatic reply. Money was never credited on my card. They claim they refund you “on the platform” but you will never be able to use it again since its a scam company. I will be pressing charges and you guys should do the same. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Feedback on their site is also totally made up. They erase negative feedbacks from their website.
