Big scam!! They don’t refund your money when they can’t unlock your phone. They claim it can only be unlocked by a Samsung technician .. instead of a refund they offer you a credit note which you can use towards the technician to unlock it remotely. They want to charge me $221 to unlock it… please stay away from this company, they are thieves!!
