This is not what it seems. You initially pay £11 thinking you are getting your phone unlocked in 30 minutes only to find that they just perform checks. At this stage they charge you £26 further to unlock the phone apparently hidden in small print. Finally they say they can’t get it unlocked by the network so need to go to the manufacturer which will cost another £40 to unlock and by this stage it’s three days in from first payment. Absolute scammers and a complete rip off. I then contacted Vodafone who I used to have the phone with and they unlocked it immediate and for free! DO NOT USE!!I am taking to the small claims court to get my money back! Do the same if it happened to you!
