The process appeared to be very good and rapid. However, in the end the phone was not unlocked and I had to find someone else to do it. I took it to a celular provider and they charged me 4 dollars and unlocked the phone with in minutes. The most frustrating part is when I emailed mobileunlocks it took them over a day to respond and they still did not provide me with a solution. I think this website is a scam. BEWARE
