Wasn’t told before paying initial payment that there would be another payment needed. After the 1st payment and before the 2nd payment they then tell you that the 1st payment was to check if they could get the unlock codes. Took 7 days and then they come back saying the device can’t be unlocked. They issue a credit note to be used with them. Why would u want to use these scammers ever again. Refund the money instead of credit note.
