This company is a complete scam… I’m actually filing a police report on them! The only reason they have a high review rating is because after they take your money they ask you to rate them… NOT AFTER THEY PERFORM THEIR SERVICE. So when you read the REAL reviews most people talk about how simple their website is to use and that they HOPE they can unlock the phone. My phone was only carrier locked not blacklisted meaning it’s reported lost or stolen. I bought my phone the week before I decided to use their service and the very day I entered my imei in their website T-Mobile said that was the day it was reported stolen. Their method is take your information then rather than unlock your phone they blacklist your imei. After 2 weeks they say you need to pay the premium fee which $179. They are scam artists to get more money from you…do not go this route!!! Update February 15th the $49 I spent to initially unlock the phone with mobileunlocked.com has been returned to me. However. My phone was still been blacklisted therefore no carrier can unlock the phone. I saw mobileunlocked reply on this website. Don’t let them fool you…they have all my information I’ve communicated with them this entire time. That’s how they were able to refund. But now my brand new phone is completely useless because the imei number is blocked or blacklisted
