I’ve emailed rmtheir support email about 10x, called their support number and no response, and they responded to my initial review and I followed instructions and still no response. This company is a scam and I’ve yet to get a resolution to my complaint. I’m really disappointed and very upset and just want my money back. I’ve shipped back the dress but I did take pictures and will hold on to the pics in case they state otherwise. I wonder what it will take for them to respond to me? My Order # MD2334321093708.
