Customer service is none existent! Take 3 days to respond and the response is a generic template. I had £100 in deposits that did not go into my wallet but taken from my bank. Asked to provide evidence which I did but nothing was done! I then had a withdrawal of a £1000 which was processed but did not reach my bank. I spoke to my bank they said nothing was in pending and no blocks on my account. They continue to deny responsibility whenever I get a response from them which is few and far between. Total scam, please don’t waste you time or money on this because you will be robbed!!!
