Everything went fine until they decided to put 2 of my withdrawals on hold for KYC FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER! My account is fully verified, I made lots of deposits and withdrawals before and now THEY PUT MY MONEY ON HOLD FOR NO REASON! I contacted customer service with no response and their automated e-mail says I need to wait 2 days ! 2 F***ING DAYS FOR MY MONEY TO BE RELEASED FROM A BUNCH OF THIEVES! PEOPLE AVOID THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A EWALLET ! BIG SCAM !!!
