Worst rental car service ever. Complete scam preying on their customers. Tons of hidden charges. I had full coverage with a 500 dollar deductible and they said it had to be a 0 dollar deductible for them to use it..I don’t know of any one that had a 0 dollar deductible. Needless to say I had a non refundable already paid for reservation and had to fork out over a thousand more. I have rented cars all over the United States and have never had issues. Avoid this place at all cost. Went from happy to be on vacation to extremely upset. The employees should be ashamed of themselves as well. No integrity.
