I ordered 2 jumpsuits after seeing them on facebook and received 2 watches instead. I raised the query with Messiar and they offered me a 10% refund. I refused, asking for a full refund or my original order. We went back and forth for a few emails (refund rose to 15%). I then told them I would raise a dispute with my credit card company as they were scamming people. They then offered 20% as their final offer. I didn’t bother to reply. I contacted my credt card company who have refunded me in full and hopefully they will chase Messiar.
