This company is not legitimate. I have bank statements, emails – records of everything! Back in July 2023, 3 months ago I ordered the BOGO free dog beds, paid $60. It is October 2023 and I haven’t received them. WAIT there’s more…..I have emailed the company multiple times only for them to say “how sorry they are and to be patient.” Well, I’m the meantime they charged me another $39.99 the other day. When I dug deeper, I have found that they’ve charged me $9.99 every month since buying the beds. So I am $120 in the hole with this company, no beds, and now no responses. I have taken action against the company. I, among several others, that I can see from reviews have filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. This is a terrible, fraudulent company that shouldn’t exist.
