I feel like this product is a scam. Falsely advertised product, duped into getting double-charged without confirming the total of what I was paying before checkout. I confused it with FluentU, which had good reviews so I bought based on only a minute of research which was a mistake. Unable to manage account online like a real application, only said I wouldn’t get charged in the future, unable to cancel to get my refund after attempting immediately. I should have checked Trustpilot first, to know that you will not cooperate in providing refunds when people are not able to use your product.
