SCAM! I read all the small print before I agree to charges and I did not see their disclosure that a) this is a recurring charge b) the upsell to a full year is an ADDITIONAL charge, not a replacement charge c) they do not issue refunds if the “app” doesn’t work (spoiler alert – it doesnt work). Their technical help solves nothing. Emailing them does nothing. I don’t even know if they have a working product or if this is just a credit card scam.
