a month ago i cancelled the subscription after not using the app! how can it be that the day the subscription ended (today) another subscription was automatically purchased without my permission: something new, booked online, this morning, without me going online? i asked for refound but the answer was: it can’t be done as it was purchased online? how can that be???such a scam
