They are SCAM, pure and simple. There cancellation process is deliberately complex & obtuse; they try to stop you cancelling with a big red box offering you free 2 months, and they auto-payment restarts. You can’t get past this red box to confirm your cancellation, and if you click it, you are back to the start with another subscription. No response via email. Criminal.
