They continued charging me even after I had cancelled my subscription. They took $65NZD out of my account. They sent me a scripted response and then ghosted me after I replied and sent another email saying “we haven’t heard back so are assuming this is resolved and closing the case”. I then submitted another contact form and had the exact same situation repeat. Their customer service is non-existent.Highly do not recommend using these scammers.
