    I am sadly now in the same boat as many of the duped customers who have shared their scam experiences about Luxplus here. Hopefully, our collective experiences can be a learning moment for other customers too. And team Luxplus, I see that you are watching closely, hopefully this message reaches you too so you know your days are numbered. A debt collecting company called ProCollectors has reached out to me twice on behalf of Luxplus with threats that I must pay €9,95 to clear a factuur dated 8 March 2021. Or else I shall have to pay €40 as additional total costs. Of course, I have reported the matter to relevant authorities. To show the extent of Luxplus’s scam, I unwittingly payed a monthly subscription of €8,95 for more than a year. Of course, they will repeat here that they make it known to customers that purchasing their online products equals signing up for a monthly subscription.That is their genius little loophole, because it is not clear at all. And it is how they get you and parasite on your bank account until when you find out. Report their fraudulent bank accounts to your banks so they deal with them too, cancel your cards if you have to and get new ones. All efforts to reach team Luxplus via +31 1 07 00 06 40 and +31 4 57 99 10 06 including their online chats, and customer care email hallo(at)luxplus.nl have hit the wall, exactly as you would expect from a scam website. I am amused that they dare respond to reports here.
