I am a BDR and I need Lusha to find new prospects’ conatct details.I would say that more than 30% of the contact details that I unlock with the credits that I paid for are wrong,and the worst thing is that you lose those credits even if the contact details are wrong…can you believe that?When I tried to contact the customer support, and for that by the way, you have to wait for hours or for days in some cases, they ask me to create a list of all the wrong contacts that I have found because they don´t have access to that,then they will investigate, while that whenever I find a wrong email or phone number I notify them and a short message pops up saying :” thanks for letting us know”, so how they can´t have access to that?For me it’s a scam and i regret having registred with them.
