Looking at you “Toshi” (a chatbot made and ran in Africa)Locked my account after it had been hacked which is fair enough, they asked me to confirm my ID which I have done several times, but constantly being given the run around. “Now we need it with today’s paper and a sign saying “Luno is great” and rubbish along those lines. Toshi is the mask here for bad service, as Luno don’t have the courage to own up that they are con artist suckers.They have now closed my account leaving me without access to my funds. Luno is an exit scam waiting to happen, REMOVE YOUR FUNDS BEFORE “TOSHI” AND HIS BAND OF MORONS CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT TOO.EDIT: Your response is not good enough, I have already have tickets open with you that aren’t being answered.
