Booked a flight to India from Kuala Lumpur, booking price was showing like MYR508, but at the payment time it showed MYR600 something. And also I paid for cancellation service also. When I tried to cancel the ticket it’s only showing to change the date only, saying no possibility for refund. When I read the reviews only I came to know all the customers facing same problem. Is it a scam?? I need my refund. And going to contact directly the airlines
