I bought something on the website that turned out to be sold out (although the website still indicates that there is stock, only the price has suddenly gone up). They would refund my money. I bought it June 28th, and August 13th I still have not got my money back. Had contact with customer service several times, in the beginning they still emailed back with an excuse every time that the money would be refunded that week. Didn’t receive anything and no response to emails. I am now taking this up with Klarna and my lawyer, but would not advise anyone to buy anything here as you will be scammed.
