I placed an order on 3/3/23 for an occasion on 3/30. Did not receive in time. Contacted customer service who stated it is scheduled to be delivered 4/5. When it didn’t arrive I contacted the carrier who stated the tracking number is incorrect. I emailed Loragal customer service again. This is giving fraud vibes at this point. I read the other reviews but decided to give them a try hoping for the best since some were satisfied, and some weren’t. This seems like a scam. At this point I just want my money back.
