The item that Litfad shipped to me was completely damaged upon arrival. I have yet to hear a solution from your team. Terrible customer service! I am very disappointed, I waited months to receive the table and all your company did was jerked me around like an idiot, they asked for hundreds of pictures so that they can file a claim and get their money back from the shipping company, at the end they did nothing to resolve the issue. I have been scammed by Litfad. I also checked Lifad’s reviews, everyone complains, I am not the only victim, Litfad ships poor quality products, not as advertised and the items are poorly packaged, hence they get damaged in transit. If I don’t hear back for a solution, the authorities will be informed of your bad practices. Litfad should be banned from advertising products online.
