I ordered 22/3/23 oak shelving which I received 9/5/23. Very badly packaged which resulted in my item being damaged then also to find very poor quality shelving. Customer service is very disappointing getting a full refund is impossible as they make it so difficult.I will urge people do not order from this company, do not bother with the insurance either just another way of getting money from you. This company are scammers and thief’s and should not be allowed to sell there rubbish!!
