Lihoby.com is a fraudulent website. I made a purchase back in November 2022 and to this day (February 2023), I have yet to receive either my purchase or a refund. I made several efforts in writing (with email receipts) to resolve the issue and each response was “Thank you for your purchase. Sorry, we have received your feedback. We will reply to you as soon as we see it, thank you for your waiting and understanding.” To me this is a generic response sent by their system with a different name attched each time. I have decided to nove forward and contact my states attorney general to pursue other options in this matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT do any business with Lihoby.com. You will regret your choice in doing so.
