Absolutely the worst. I needed to complete a return for one of the glasses I received and they have given me the run around. I wish I would have read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing. They only offer a partial refund and then require you to ship your glasses at your own cost. Their customer service is overseas so they only respond in the middle of the night. There is no phone number to speak to a representative. If I don’t receive a resolution to my issue in the next couple of days I’ll have to report them to the BBB or FTC. because as others has mentioned, I suspect they may be a scam. Stick with Eyebuydirect or Warby Parker.Updated 5/4/2023 I actually went back and noticed that the back and forth with customer service has been going on since 4/17/2023. I received communication from Lensmart after leaving this review but surprise, still no resolution just the same run around.
