I purchased a cashmere jumper and it’s clearly not cashmere. It’s acrylic. There is no label inside the jumper, so care instructions. And no address for returns or refunds. Total misrepresentation of product and a scam.I contacted the supplier, despite their 30 day money back guarantee, they won’t refund and offered instead 30% off my next product!!I would also point out that their website comes up as OLIVIA Manchester…. and then you get an order from Leonie London – so none of this matches up. It’s cheap products shipped from somewhere.!Disgusting and disgraceful. I will be alerting the trading standards. Do not buy from this company.
