Fraudulent advertising, descriptions are not accurate, refuse to honor their own posted return policy, frames are cheap and flimsy. The frames fit poorly and the sizing does not match what is advertised. I should have given more consideration to the bad reviews. This company is a joke, stay away from them. Those bad reviews you see are 100% accurate, make sure you view ALL reviews, not just the good ones that are filtered through. Customer service is nonexistent and useless. ***Love how their reply to this review says you can get a refund, yet I have been going back and forth for 7 DAYS and still can’t get an address to return, just a runaround with useless responses each time. But hey, thanks Lensmart for confirming that you offer refunds. It helps when I file complaints with every possible outlet and dispute the charges with my bank. Shows how your business is a fraud.
