Despite confirming my address, once my items shipped only half of my address remained on my account which means I will never get my glasses. When I reached out to cs they just replied with the same generic response over and over for at least a week with no actual reply or information. They REFUSE to give me a refund AND I will not get my glasses. They are a scam!!!!!!!
