Bought a pair of glasses that ended up being WAY too big for me. Tried contacting but the phone number provided and it’s out of service. I emailed the provided customer service email THREE TIMES before I got a reply and then they acted like they never received my emails which I sent screen shots of for proof but they won’t let me return because I am outside of the return window of 15 days.. even though I provided proof that I was reaching out within the designated timeframe. What an actual scam
