Ordered my glasses Mar. 11/23, finally received them yesterday APR. 14/23. After several emails to customer service, with the same generic response, I requested a refund and they wouldn’t refund me unless I received the glasses, and only 70% of what I paid due to lens fabrication & shipping!!!!! They blamed shipping at every chance, provided a ‘tracking’ number which only shows they created a label, and then tells me it’s customs. When I contacted Canada Post they had no record of shipping only label process. A few days later my glasses miraculously shipped! This is a scam of a company. I would never in my life order from this company again!! Terrible customer service, no phone number to contact, when you email they respond at 1-3am. I’d like to send my glasses back, but can’t be bothered, as it’ll take another 5wks. I’ve ordered glasses online before, and this is by far the worst. I suggest Firmoo, Clearly, or Zenni 100%. At least they have amazing customer service! If I could give zero and flip the bird I would. When I googled the address it came from, shady.
