I bought 6 packs of contacts from them and I was expecting to receive $295 in rebate. I mailed the rebate form and the clippings within couple of weeks after I received. I even called them few weeks later to make sure they have received it. They said it takes couple of months to scan the forms so they don’t know if they have received it. After the rebate deadline, their website showed “Your 3 month (12 week) window to submit your rebate ended”. They say they are not responsible for “lost” packages. I called them and they said they never received it and I can’t do anything about it. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR REBATE SCAM. You will never see the money and they’ll simply tell you it’s lost in the mail.
