The rebate is a scam. Don’t fall for it. I’ve been waiting since November 2022. Upon calling them on 3/2/23, the phone rep told me they received my rebate form back in December, mailed the rebate VISA card immediately (which I must have “lost in the mail”) and would have to get approval for a “reissued” VISA card. Based on the recent negative reviews by customers hearing the same excuse, I didn’t believe them, and filed a complaint with the BBB. Shockingly, their response was that they JUST NOW received the rebate form on 3/3/23 (Wow … a day after my complaint … what a coincidence!), but unfortunately, would need 12 more weeks to mail the VISA. Which lie is it Lens.com? SMH. They have an F rating and warning on the BBB site that they’ve received an unusually high volume of similar complaints regarding the rebates, so purchase lenses from them at your own risk.
