I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I canceled my booking after 2 days and didn’t know I would lose all my money so I wanted to not cancel anyways. They couldn’t do anything about did. You can’t contact them by phone, probably because it’s a scam company. I would’n’t recommend it to anyone.
