The worst. I booked a flexible ticket to be flexible (haha) to rebook my flight similar to other platforms. Turns out, you cannot just select another flight but have to send a request for a change which can take up to 4 days for them to respond. In the meantime, you see the price going up, and eventually they send you some completely overpriced alternative.It’s also not possible to change the outbound airport, so I just wasted all my money on them. The support is virtually useless. It’s just a scam.
