I wanted to start using Kraken to purchase cryptocurrencies. I tried to connect my bank for ACH information and when I did they asked of for Additional KYC information even though I fulfill all the online information. After I provided everything they requested (no bank info) I got notified that my account was being closed within 72 hrs and that I needed to withdraw all funds from the account. When I asked for an explanation all I got was, “We know how your feel”, “We understand your frustration.” (BS) I can understand for closing my account for any reason, but not providing a reason and telling me “We know how you feel” is more frustrating then telling me we are going to close your account because we do not want your business or whatever. If they do not want my business… fine.. I will go somewhere else, but taking my KYC information and not providing me with an explanation deserves a negative star and a SCAM warning.STAY AWAY FROM KRAKEN
