I left a review 23rd July stating that I could not get in touch with Kollyy to return my order that I placed on the 15th July. They responded saying that they had emailed me back blah blah and that I should check my junk/spam. Absolute lies I’ve emailed SEVERAL emails that I could find for Kollyy and not a single reply so do NOT believe the responses they put on here. I said I was willing to remove my review as I was hoping that it was just an error but they are definitely scamming people and not giving refunds when their products are absolutely garbage and low-quality. If they are willing to ACTUALLY contact me and refund my order I will, as I said before, remove this review. If this review still remains then it is clear they have not even tried to help me.
