UPDATE: Kokoon said they would send me a replacement set of headphones b/c mine stopped working after 10 months. And it’s been crickets. It says “order placed” in my Shopify app, and has said that for weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE HEADPHONES. You will likely NEVER receive them, if you do they will break, and there is literally no customer service. They should be shut down this company is a scam
