    HORRIBLE customer service!! I had over $2000 in fraudulent charges on my card and they charged me foreign transactions fees. Once i was able to speak to someone at KOHO, they told me not to worry and that the funds hadn’t been removed from my account.This was untrue and now that it’s been over 90 days since the fraundulent claims – they say there’s nothing they can do for me. The fraudulent charges claim to be from “TikTok” (whom I’ve never given my cc info to), so the customer service rep literally sent me the link to the TikTok website to try to fix this myself. Highly recommend never using this bank.
