Asked koho for 7 months to stop allowing a merchant to take money off my card because I used the merchant once and continued charging every month for 7 months. These ppl would not solve the issue or stop them from charging the card. 7 months later they tell me they can inly dispute the charges in the last 90 days because of some policy. If they just stopped the payment 7 months prior it wouldn’t have been a problem. This foolishness needs to be shut down all these legal scams. Smh Canada don’t protect its ppl and let’s these type of ppl get away with anything. Do not recommend koho at all damn crooks.
