Placed an order in November last year -still waiting 8 months later! Have requested a refund several times but am constantly fobbed off, here’s one of the responses I got:”Rest assured, we understand your sentiments. At the moment, we are still awaiting feedback from our warehouse team. We will immediately inform you once we have it.We know it has been so long, but we humbly ask for your utmost patience and understanding as we are exhausting all resources to ensure you receive your replacement package.”What a load of tosh! TOTAL SCAM – DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
